I can believe that almost every mom believes in self- love and self-care. Before becoming a mom, how many of you enjoyed pampering yourselves? How many of you remember all of the time you had to get yourselves ready before you had to go out somewhere; whether that was work, school, a date? And you can fill in the blank. Well, I certainly can remember those times!
If you really take a minute to process what I am saying is the fact that: You can get so focused on the experience of motherhood to the point that you do not even realize that you are blocking everything else out around you!
